From the roof to the interior
SBS is preparing for a residential project at Derby in Kenilworth, scheduled to start on 11 January 2027. The planned work brings together roof replacement, waterproofing, structural wall repairs and interior reinstatement.
Asbestos & roofing
Planned asbestos removal and disposal with Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) involvement, followed by new metal roofing with high-density insulation board, insulation blankets and vapour barriers.
Repairs & waterproofing
Structural wall repairs and weatherproofing, together with planter waterproofing, form part of the planned exterior works.
Interior reinstatement
The interior scope includes repairs to resultant damage, ceiling repairs and painting, and interior painting.
