From the site
Building protection from the surface up
The property had been experiencing significant leaks. During removal, no existing waterproofing was found in the exposed balcony areas.
Our team is carrying out a dual-layer balcony repair system, door removals and weather-angle detailing at the thresholds, together with waterproofing to the roof slab. Work is underway, and tiling is the next phase.
