Annual builders’ shutdown
Our year-end closure and reopening dates.
SBS Waterproofing will close for the annual builders’ shutdown on Friday 11 December 2026 and reopen on Monday 11 January 2027.

Plan ahead for 2027
Accept your contract before year-end to secure current pricing ahead of the 2027 price increases, and book your project for early next year. Acceptance remains subject to your quotation’s terms and scheduling availability.
